What I build for you.

Proven in a live telehealth clinic and in tools I build and publish myself, and open to any automation work. Four kinds of systems, one goal: the busywork runs itself, and a human signs off every action. Pick one to see how it runs.

01 · CRM & order pipelines

Every order in one queue, checked before it moves.

BeforeOrders live across a CRM and a stack of portals, and someone re-keys every one.
AfterOne queue. The routing rules, the order blocks and the messages all read the same record.
What you get
  • A queue that counts overdue and never counts future tasks
  • Routing rules per state, per pharmacy, per drug form
  • A 29-field PDF form filler that flattens and downloads
  • Quantities that compute from duration: weeks×7, months×30

How an engagement runs
Step 01

Map

I read what already exists: records, portals, and where the hours leak.

Step 02

Spec

You see the fix drawn out, step by step, before anything gets built.

Step 03

Build

Built with tests first, then run against live data in stages, not all at once.

Step 04

Hand-off

A walkthrough, written notes, and fixes while it settles into the day.

How the work is priced
Scoped per engagement.

Pricing is scoped per engagement. Book a 30 minute call to talk through the workflow: a new automation, a fix, a script that stopped working, or a review of what you already have. You keep every script either way.

Working with me from the Philippines
  • Your business day, fully covered. I am based in Cagayan de Oro on UTC+8: the same clock as Perth, and 1.5 to 2 hours behind Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne depending on daylight saving. That is full overlap with any Australian business day, and my mornings overlap US Pacific afternoons.
  • Built to stay online. Dual-ISP internet and backup power sources, so a brownout never reaches your deadline.
  • Everything in writing. Scope before I start, notes on what changed when I finish, tests behind it.

Tell me what's eating your week.

45+ scripts and extensions, running a clinic's back office.

Tampermonkey userscripts and Manifest V3 extensions covering order entry, pharmacy-portal sessions, carrier tracking, address validation and patient-data handoffs. Each one is isolated, so a fix for one portal cannot break another.

A Zoho order desk that checks every order before it moves.

Problem
Every order task in the CRM meant opening the record, confirming payment and paperwork, looking up allergies, working out which pharmacy can ship to that state, and only then keying the order into a portal.
Fix
A local desk reads the task queue from Zoho CRM and turns each task into one approval card: the payment check, the allergies and the record they came from, the pharmacy and the rule that picked it, and the exact note and follow-up it will write. Nothing is written until a person approves, and the portal order is filled in but never submitted by the desk.
Status
It is in pilot with one team, running on that team's orders while it is hardened before wider use.

A guide to opening a pharmacy in the Philippines.

Opening a community pharmacy here means licences, permits, capital and layout rules with no published order, so a step done out of sequence stalls the launch. The guide sets it out as seven ordered phases and 24 entries you tick off, with progress saved on your own device: no account, no server, no analytics.

A cleaner board for a site countless Filipinos rely on.

OnlineJobs.ph is where countless Filipinos look for remote work, yet the board buries pay in free text and keeps stale posts in the results. The extension filters those listings out as the page loads and converts every salary into one comparable figure, all on your own machine: no account, no server, no analytics.

An agent stack I run myself.

Hermes orchestrates pi and DeepSeek coding harnesses, with skills, persistent memory and a gate, plus models served on my own machine. The same stack maintains every script in the suite, and it is told to stop rather than guess.

From a sheet row to a ready order

Each order used to mean retyping the same patient details into a slow portal. Now the operator pastes the sheet rows and the script does the clicking, then hands control back at every step where judgment matters.

  • A record opens only when ID, phone and full name all agree. A surname alone once pulled up the wrong patient, so anything less now goes to a person.
  • Consent is read three times in a row before it counts, and a restricted shipping route pauses the row.
  • Product names are fuzzy-matched against the live catalog. When there is no clear winner, a person picks and the pick is remembered.
  • It never finishes the sale by itself. The questionnaire is filled for review and the final button is always a person's.

04 / About Background & approach
04 / About

A pharmacist who builds the systems instead of doing them.

Six years deep in automation, data and the messy seams between platforms, starting from Excel VBA and MQL4/MQL5 trading systems, through pharmacy school, into a live clinic. I've shipped systems on Zoho CRM, Tampermonkey, Chrome MV3, n8n, Google Workspace and Python, then troubleshooting the things nobody else wanted to touch.

Now I work through an agent stack I run myself: Hermes orchestration, pi and DeepSeek coding harnesses, MCP tooling and models served on my own machine, llama.cpp and vLLM. I turn a repetitive task into something that never has to be repeated. Licensed pharmacist first, systems person second.

Bring the problem. We'll map it together.

  • Describe the workflow and where the manual work piles up
  • I'll tell you what I'd automate first, and what I would leave alone
  • You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we work together
